KAD will be responsible for the finishing process of each unit, cleaning and maintenance routines, assurance quality service, assist in the renting procedures, prepare a book guide to assist tenants to comprehend the operational system; including the shipping docks, cargo tracing, service elevators, and the emergency exits.
