ARQA Development Group Achieves Record Success Closing 2024, by achieving record-breaking sales for ANNEX 26 project, exceeding EGP 1.5 billion in just 45 days since the project’s official launch on October 8, 2024, Ahmed Ziada, Chief Commercial Officer, announced.
He Also ensured that all necessary licences for the project land, design approvals, and construction permits were finalized prior to the launch. This reflects the company's credibility and commitment to its clients. Additionally, soil tests and drilling preparations are already underway, paving the way for construction in the coming phases
Ziada further stated that the project’s marketing strategy focused primarily on its design, functionality, and prime location to highlight its investment value, rather than relying solely on pricing and promotional offers.
ANNEX 26 is the latest project by ARQA Group, strategically located in 6th of October City along the 26th of July Corridor, directly opposite the West Somid district.
The project offers a mix of retail and entertainment spaces on the ground and first floors, alongside fully finished administrative offices and standalone medical clinics with dedicated entrances and operational services.
Covering an area of 14,000 square meters, ANNEX 26 features a design that meets the highest standards of quality and functionality, in compliance with international codes.
The project also stands out for ARQA Group’s strategic partnerships with leading consulting firms in various architectural, structural, and operational fields, as well as maintenance and façade specialists, including MOD+ Partners, Kad, Accord, and FTI. These collaborations ensure top quality for contracted clients and guarantee the mall’s continued operational excellence post-delivery.
