Arqa Development Group has announced the launch of the innovative payment plan "EasyFlow," the first of its kind in Egypt, aimed at facilitating investment in commercial, administrative, and medical units with the lowest down payment and longest repayment period.
This comes as part of the launch of the second phase of the "Annex26" project, the latest development by Arqa Group, located directly on the 26th of July axis.
"EasyFlow" plan allows customers to pay down payments starting from only 2%, with the remaining amount payable over a period of up to 10 years. Customers can also choose a 3% down payment with a flexible payment plan extending up to 12 years.
